Poha Kurdai is traditionally fried for consumption alongside meals. It is an healthy & crispy snacks, made from poha. It has a spiral shaped like chakli and looks like a birds nest.  This "Poha Kurdai" can be enjoyed traditionally by frying or giving it a healthy touch by microwaving it.
